- When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, the treat you’re most interested in, and the fact that you agreed to receive NIXIVA marketing emails. We store the name and treat choice as properties on your Klaviyo profile.
- If you are offered free treats and choose to receive them, we may request your mailing address by email so we can arrange delivery.
- Our website hosting provider may record technical information such as your IP address, browser, requested pages, and access time in server logs. Loading the page’s Google Fonts may also send technical information to Google.
How we use it
We use your name to address you, your treat choice to understand interest and tailor NIXIVA messages, and your email to send launch news, product information, offers, and any free treats offer details. We use delivery information only to fulfill an offer you accept. Technical information helps us operate and secure the website.
Service providers
We use Klaviyo to manage email subscriptions and send emails, Amazon Lightsail to host this page, and Google Fonts to display its typography. These providers process information as needed to provide their services. We do not sell the personal information collected through this launch page.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any NIXIVA email. You can also email dogs@nixiva.com to ask about, correct, or delete information you provided. We will respond to requests as applicable law requires. If you unsubscribe, we may retain the minimum information needed to honor your preference and meet legal obligations.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. We use reasonable measures to protect it, though no website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
